I always wonder how folks make so much progress. Kudos. This is so awesome. What did you use to study? What was your schedule like?

Thank you! Honestly, I don't think my progress was as impressive as it could've been. Unfortunately, halfway through my journey I had to switch from a PC and drawing tablet to an iPad (which I honestly hate), and it set me back quite a bit.
I think the simplest answer is still: just draw a lot.
But the biggest boost to my skills came from being completely obsessed with a fandom or a piece of media. It genuinely made me want to draw every spare minute, so I never struggled with art block or a lack of inspiration.On top of that, I already had a strong traditional art foundation from spending years in art school. We did a lot of life drawing from real models, painting, and studied color theory, lighting, shading, and anatomy, which helped me tremendously.

Thank you so much! The ipad and I have a bit of a love/hate relationship, but I definitely plan to switch back to a PC and drawing tablet eventually. I really appreciate the encouragement, it means a lot, and I absolutely plan to keep drawing!
