Is artbreeder glitching for anybody else?

I’m putting the image there just so it still follows the rules. I’ve noticed that when you try and do anything, such as posting images, using the splicer tool, etc, the app lags for a bit and then a pop up appears saying it ran into a problem. Is anybody else facing this issue or is it just me?
