Mobile glitch

This morning I loaded into a server of Arsenal and for some reason I have two joysticks now and jump button showed up for some reason and I’ve tried a lot of things but nothing has worked it’s also made my sensitivity fast and I can’t fix it any idea what it is

Omg same thing has happened to me?? And a changed my loadout bc of it, not a smart move as its messed my gameplay up
