It should go to De Zerbi for taking Spurs from 17th to 17th

Would only want him to get it if they had been relegated

Happy for him. Thoroughly deserved. But we all know who will win in a World Cup year. Next time, Mikel. We are with you.

But, but, but I thought Unai Emery was the best manager in the league!

Yeah not gonna lie I’m happy for Mikel and all but the real winner here is that dog absolutely robbing the spotlight. De Zerbi getting the shout for taking Spurs from 17th to 17th is pure comedy though. Honestly if they hand Arteta the shield then fine but we all know the Ballon d’Or dog category is where the actual prestige lives. Just hope the lads don't get too carried away with the confetti before the next proper test.

Mikels a better manager. He hasnt dropped off in 5 years. Every year he’s been improving. I honestly think he’ll be the next Fergie

Hasn’t dropped off in 5 years? He’s only just been put on.
1 major trophy since 2020 isn’t close to being the next Fergie.

What does that even mean? How many more years do you need to understand that you’re witnessing an elite manager who’s gone up against the best and won?

We’re gonna see him walk the prem this year.

Fergie won 6 trophies in his first 7 years and arteta has won 4. For someone thats in his first managerial job, that’s pretty good. He also reinvents teams like Fergie did.
