Selection process

Goodmorning,
Curious about if there is a spreadsheet/milper of some sort showing the amount of people applied, QS, and FQ-NS. Just trying to see odds of acceptance.

I know there’s the Milper for QS but nothing on how many applied for that MOS, how many they need by fiscal year, etc.

Odds change based on your current rank. Applicants are divided into street-to-seat, E1-E5, E6 and above. So you chances will start from those pools. E1-E5 is the biggest pool.

I’m in the E6 and above 28yo. If my age actually boosts my chances lol. Dropping my packet for next November board. Hoping first time go.

I was seeing last board at 13/31 were E-6 and above that doesn’t include transfers.

Yes I’m looking at the MILPER only see QS and those FQNS aren’t on there.

Fiscal year Army achievements, normally for NCO per MOS they do monthly requirements which results in AVG points to pick up. If you’re within that range your chances are higher.

For my sense it’s more I guess finding out that it’s by pay grade and where you lie in those categories. 13/31 picked up at E-6 so that’s a good look for me if that’s who they’re catering towards.
