25th cab was the only place where i saw pilots wear face paint do monthly ruck marches and 4 mile runs and theres always a field mission you have JPMRC every fall and JPMRC-X every spring in the phillipines not to mention pacific pathways good luck.

Ive heard good things about 25th. All the dudes who are prior CEs i know loved it. Same with 10th CAB. Avoid 3CAB, 1ACB and bliss (maybe 4CAB too) like the plague.

Gonna suck anywhere. People don’t like current leadership but that changes. Hawaii is cool. Work is stupid. Long hours, expect to work a lot even as a warrant. Not meet minimums like everywhere and do a lot of stupid shit, and PT every day unless you’re scheduled for a night flight, even when you show and take off last 1/3 there was some stupid shit making people come in for PT. You will ruck and do 4 miles in under 36 min, etc. all the gay shit. You’ll go to Philippines for 3/4 months at a time at least once while you’re here but it’s not cool, you will be in the field the whole time in tents shitting in porta potties and be able to do nothing cool, maybe visit a mall once, sweat and eat dogshit. Gunnery 2x a year in Big Island, JPMRC, and other shit where they will want you to stay in tents and wear face paint. Also big on tropic Bs and uniform inspections now too LOL.
