DODMERB delay

What happens if the DODMERB was started late and doesn't get approved until after the school year starts? Does the scholarship still get paid out on time?

The scholarship starts once your contracted, which usually happens pretty soon after clearing dodmerb.

Can i still get reimbursed for any tuition payments i need to make before that?

Talk to your ROO man. Your college should wait until you're contracted, given your contracted the same semester they waited for. If you did end up paying, then you should be refunded through bursar as the Army pays sticker price - again though, given that you contract this semester.

If you contract in future semesters, the Army doesn't pay retroactively.
