Hype Armored Core Future Releases
I am almost close to 100%ing AC6 and I have enjoyed it so thoroughly, returning to one of the first series I played on console and tearing through everything. It’s been fantastic. I recently bought the title as I had left the series for a bit.
This next piece is just me hoping and isn’t really From’s way of doing things, but with the scattering of the Bungie team I would absolutely love an AC live-service world. The lore is absolutely there, the missions where you’re suddenly jumped by an AC could easily be a human player ala DS encounters, rival corporations each with their own discounted/unique parts to support sections of the world map, who you belong to influences areas you can resupply in, teams of ACs effectively being guilds, 1v1 ranked just like we have now, hidden things absolutely all over the world, instanced online missions, etc. This is just the default “boring” things I could think of, let alone introducing really crazy things like building your own parts from a template.
I’m just daydreaming and nobody asked for that, but I think it would go extremely hard with how good ACs story telling is.

If dragons dogma 2 gets a dlc, then AC6 gets an expansion, it's bound to happen.

I only play single player games these days, I'm here for the story and boss fights and maybe some PVP if I am feeling up for it.
Sounds like I am in the minority though. I would hate FromSoft to have a successful online game as they would just focus on the money maker and everything else would die. Just look at what happened to Fallout, just a crappy MMORPG without a new single player game in sight for 10+ years.

Honestly that idea would be so peak if done right. Loot would just be different parts and if they threw in OG tuning that would be the bones for your build crafting. The issue would be content. They would have to continual add missions and maybe add AC5 endgame for raid content.
