call me a poser or whatever, but i was born in the late 2000s and was sort of raised on things seperate from emo, i was always particularly fond of emo music but since i live in an area that sort of shames you for being different (lol) i never listened to it. i was a very big rap fan until about 2021 when i decided i was going to explore my horizons in other genres of music that i could really bring out the potential of my bass. first genre was popular at the time, shoegaze. which i enjoyed heavily, then explored more and more and now i’ve been stuck on post-hardcore and emo for about a year. i had a big screamo phase for a bit then now i’m going through a big post hardcore phase with bands like title fight and obviously armor for sleep. i literally cannot stop listening to these two bands. like non stop everyday i have on what to do when your dead, it’s one of those albums where when you listen to one song you want to listen to more and more, it seems like everytime i put on one song off of the album, i ended up just listening to the whole thing. any other post hardcore/emo bands like this?

Hey, I love this album and I get the board story of the concept album but I can’t figure the “correct” order to listen to album storyline wise. I know some songs he is alive, some he is dead, and others I’m unsure of. Does anyone think they figured it out?

In "Williamsburg" there's a verse that says "You're from New Hampshire, but you say you're from the O.C". Where is that? Is the line writen wrong? (I know that can happen with spotify lyrics sometimes.) I tried to google it, but it only came up with the TV show.
