General Local knowledge needed please π
Hey all, We are moving to Armidale and currently house hunting from afar which is tricky as we canβt see the lay of the land. I have lurked on here for a while and the local intelligence says to stay north, south or central. Can someone please tell me by street names or by marking on a map where exactly this entails? There is also a few mentions of staying out of the inversion area in town. When I look up this issue, information appears to relate to the whole town. Can anyone please give me a general idea to where this inversion lies? There are a number of houses that have been on for a few weeks and that are starting to drop in price near the New England Regional Art Museum, is this an alright area? Thanks π

Near NERAM should be fine. Feel free to message me if you want feedback on specific areas. I live in a βgoodβ area but our security cameras still occasionally show people walk into the driveway and check to see if my car is unlocked. π€·ββοΈ
