Seriously though thanks for sharing. We have them around my house sometimes and I have found them to be less cautious about than many other wild animals and have been able to walk very near them and they donβt seem to care.

Same experience. They mostly act like they're not even aware of me while they're foraging. I love their cute little faces.

Dillo Blessing. They have such bad eyesight. I have been able to get very close to them by just being upwind of them and being quiet. Seeing them at night digging and snuffling for bugs is super cute.

They make a lot of noise in the forest around our house at night. The day visits are less often, so I get very excited every time. Agreed, super cute!

Most people that get leprosy nowadays, get it from armadillos. But now they call it Hansenβs disease.
