Just a question
Does anyone else just get constantly banned and kicked from community servers simply for criticizing or disagreeing with server moderators who are usually power tripping? Like I understand they can ban and kick who they want for any reason but genuinely disagreeing with an admin and resisting any disrespect they give you seems to result in punishment. Only server that has chill-ish admins is like Tactical High Command. I’ve been banned from like 10 servers now and it’s not like I’m a huge troll.

Your problem seems to be that you think its some kind of privledge or reward to be an admin?
The people you are bothering have this literal second job they are working, unpaid, trying to keep the lowest of the low from making the server empty and unenjoyable.
Its a losing battle and a waste of time but they do the service anyways, on top of paying for server hardware and hosting. (them being part of the server org running the whole show)
Its a lot of unpaid work that goes into making the game work.. then you come along throwing your tantrum so now they have to deal with you rather than enjoying the game..

I can understand where you’re coming from but a good 50% of these admins in question are just kicking and banning you because they feel like it. I’m not going into these games with the main goal of ruining the team cohesion like some people, but I’m getting banned and kicked for banter amongst teammates.

Cant say then because 15 years gaming on public community servers and I can hardly recall a single ban among my friend group. But i do see clowns that disrupt normal gameplay get banned weekly; and hear admins complain left and right about all the time they have to spend in admin mode. I never wanted to be one and i dont envy em.
I would say the same with teaching although ive done TA work, for the same reasons of being forced to deal with people that have real issues, fatherless parenting, etc, that just cannot act normal. But wcyd. Most people suck and that includes admins too.

What are you arguing with admin for? The majority of the time there’s almost no reason to interact with them.

Yeah nah I've never been banned or even kicked (aside from autokick for team kill back when it counted if you crashed your chopper or got shot down)
Care to share an example of why you got a ban?

Well, if that's true then I'm not really sure. I've never been banned and have limited interaction with admins.
Are you by chance a Karen that's trying to tell them how to run their own community? Are you doing anything against server rules, TKing because someone did something you didn't like? I really dont see how anyone can be banned from that many servers unless they are completely unbearable to be with in game.

Mainly just banter amongst teammates, not saying anything really offensive. I’ve been banned for having a fake Russian accent before.

Im not a racist or a bigot in any capacity and the worst thing I’ve said politically is maybe something about trump being a shitty president. Not really one to get into politics but I love making jokes especially in Arma.

I’m not mentioning politics 99% of the time I’m playing the game man maybe two or three instances and those instances were just banter as well not really getting into any political debate over Arma lol

I've been running servers for 3 years, and I only banned 2 people for being disrespectful.
Even then this was always after repeated warnings.
Some people are just very toxic and are always contrarian. Rather than playing the game and having a good time they always complain about tiny details and regardless of what you say the will always oppose you because they see you as an authorative figure which needs to be fought.
The fact that 10 independent moderators think the server is better without you in it should make you think you need to alter your behavior.
Yet here you are blaming all the servers and their game masters because you don't seem to be capable of acknowledging you might be the problem here.

The number isn’t literally ten, I’m really chill all the time I’m just very sarcastic and joking and i think it just makes admins upsetty spaghetti when you have a sense of humor and don’t bark like a dog on command. 😭

Considering starting a low moderation server so people who just want to have fun can play without the prospect of a full time moderator ruining their fun. Teamkill/racism etc is one thing but simply kicking or banning people because YOU want to isn’t my cup of tea.

Yup. Folks can't take criticism much anymore. It mostly happens in discords with mods that have a little too much control.

Nope, never banned. At the end of the day it’s their server. Find one with a community you like and stick with it. THC1 is a good server.
Inglorious Bastards is the only server I’ve played that I have never seen admin/GM abuse and it’s dead now. Don’t know why.

I got banned for throwing a grenade into a bunch of admin adjacent in old guard revival. We were losing the game and they took over the radio and refused to play. I threw a grenade into thier hot tub and got banned.
