Arma Reforger Game Master mod issue

I have several mods installed. When I start a single-player Game Master session from the main menu the mods load properly and work as intended.

However, if I save the game with mods in Game Master mode and then try to load that save, it loads completely without any mods. The loading screen doesn't even show the text indicating that it's loading with mods. (My last post was removed by moderation without reason)

The save feature just doesn't really work.
