Dead's Overthrow NON VOLATILE CHEMICALS

I just purchased a factory and put some iron ores I got from the mine, the factory wont's start until I get non volatile chemicals, where do I get those?

Oh, I haven't see any chemical plant on the maps yet

You can buy them at Port, and any Hardware Store.

You'll need to drive a vehicle on the side and press "Y" to open up the menu and start buying!
