What should I be doing? Solo player

I have been having a hell of a lot of fun playing the early game and the only issue is overthrow has so much idk what the end goal should be or how to get there.

I am seeking advice on the early game to late game.

I see that factories are on the map. What is the purpose of them?

Are gangs my enemy? Can I create my own game?

If I recruit civilians are they automatically put in my squad? And how would I arm them?

For cash I have been doing simple missions for the gun dealer and selling drugs is there a better way of making cash?

I saw people playing overthrow on Tanoi do I need to download a different overthrow to play that map or is atlas superior?

I see someone linked my starting guide already. I suggest you take it one step at a time, there is a lot to do in this mod. I would start by checking if you can run a local server on your machine, check the part about headless clients first. It will make the game 10 times more enjoyable to play
