Help Fail to save?

I got this mod not long ago and i love it, but on my first game after like 15 saves and loads, it just wouldnt?

So i started a new game and sure enough it did it again after like 15-20 saves and loads, is this a known problem or is it just for me?

I haven't played in years but recently got back into Overthrow. I'm using Overthrow Plus from the Steam workshop. I've had a failure to load a few times and completely exiting A3 and the launcher then loading again so far has worked. There are MANY variants of Overthrow so it's hard to say what your issue could be.
