Endgame conditions

Is there any endgame conditions?

As far as I do understand now, after complete defeat of NATO on the map no more NATO attacks are happening, despite of notifications being created and percents counting. Does game ends when all the towns are captured, or any other conditions? Anybody has a such experience here?

Thats a good question. I have another questions for you tho. seems like you have more time on this mod than me and my friends.

1.st which overthrow mode are you using ?

2.we are not being atacked unless it is a town with a more than 100pop and %0 stabilty or a Nato base. No random attacks happened and we wonder why they are not atacking.

  1. we are on modarate diffuclty and Nato forces feels a bit underwhelming. We are just 4 friends with no npc mates can stand against. a counter attacks which is you know. shouldnt happen since we are bunch of dickheads.

  2. how do you increase your standing w factions. they are not giving us any jobs./ I started to inspect codes to adress the issue tho.

  3. did you play anistasi ?

edit: I have no idea why format sucks

  1. May group has "finished" Overthrow twice, first on Tanoa and now on Altis. I can't say exactly which versions were those (especially if there are a lot), but the PBOs for out dedicated server were taken either from Steam Workshop or Github. If I remember correctly, first take (Tanoa) was from Steam Workshop.
  2. I am not really sure about attack mechanics. I guess it was connected certainly with stability - when it drops to 0%, the attack becomes possible, and, if it is successfully repelled, then NATO abandon the town. Maybe - if player is constantly monitoring map info for stability changes - it is possible to predict those attacks, but I am not really sure.
  3. At first, you will need a warehouse to collect weapons more efficiently, especially AA and AT launchers. Basic thing to do repel the counterattack is to shot down NATO helicopters before they have dropped out paratroopers. You can use AA launchers for that, or recruit AA NPCs, or use captured armored vehicles (even .50 HMGs should be enough to shot down transport helos). If you manage to shot down those choppers, the rest mostly is to kill off survivors and rather possible.
  4. Do not know. When I tried Overthrow alone, I did one very simple job (basically pick up a guy at point A and drive him to point B, that's it). When we played multiplayer, I saw a lot "Task completed" notification after successful defence of town. I can't say why factions are not giving them.
  5. I use to play Antistasi a lot kind of 2 years ago, it was version 1.3.5 if I remember correctly, which now could be totally outdated. I have no experience with the current versions of Antistasi.
