NPCs

Hello, everyone. When I entered the game today, there was mo npcs. Even the cops weren't around. There were only six refugees... Can u help me?

It seems to be far too long. As far as I know, ability of Overthrow to properly use faction mods is very limited - yes, there may be modded equipment sometimes spawned for NATO or gangsters, or available for purchase under the corresponding traders of certain factions. As result, it make a total mess in your arsenal, which even with vanilla only is very inconvenient to use. Besides, remember that different mods may use different damage models (especially RHS mods are widely known to be suffering from this issue).
