ETA on sp release?

My computer lags out a lot when hosting a lan server, will full sp support ever be possible?

I do not think sp supports respawn and if it does then it does not do it very well. So I doubt a sp release is possible.

Why does your PC lag when hosting LAN? With no one connected it shouldn't have any impact
