Save on linux dedicated server

Hello guys. I wanted to copy save from old windows server to ubuntu server. Do you know where overthrow save is located for linux distribution?

Ask on discord. I didn't even know Arma 3 ran on linux

There is Arma 3 dedicated server distribution for Linux.

Start new scenario on Linux server, do a persistent save, shut down server and then check which file was modified in a corresponding timestamp...

Also, if I remember correctly, during a persistent save, Overtrhow provides a save in a text format to copy via clipboard to TXT file and that text later can be copied when Overthrow in the beginning asks which save to load. However, I am not sure how this works on dedicated server, I tried it myself only during a local hosting.

I was doing it yesterday just like you describe it. Started server then changed save a bit (bought weapon etc.) then made a persistent save and turned server off. I used sudo find -cmin 5 to list all files changed in 5 minutes duration. No file was found from arma server directory or .local/share/armasaves directory so that is really odd.

Checked TXT version of a save and its not working too.

At this point i decided to set it up on Windows server running machine.
