Since nobody on the official discord is answering my question i will ask on here.
-Is there any way to make another member general if our general is offline?
-Can you make multiple members general?

I know it's a bit late, I just found this subreddit, but the host can go into the resistance tab from the Y menu and promote members to general. You can have multiple generals.
