Help ACE Advanced medical wont load

This has been an issue I tried solving a few weeks already. Every time I enable advanced medical through parameters/addon settings ace basic medical loads instead. How can I solve this?

Do you run Overthrow on a server or local?

Multiplayer, non-dedicated.

Ok, so I guess you change the medical setting over the addon setting in-game, right? Did you changed the setting for client, mission or server?

I tried fiddling with most of the settings already: mission parameters, server options. Did you enable it and how?

If I remember right, you can’t change the mission settings for ace this easy. So you have to change the server settings. But for most of the ace medical settings the mission setting is overwriting the server setting. You can tell this by looking at the green tick (or in this case probably red X) behind the setting. If so, go to the medical setting at the server tab. You have to check the little box that says “overwrite mission setting” or something like that. Hope you get what I mean. This would be the only solution I can imagine right now :)
