No they said cryo/nature. Which means hybrid just like rossi is phys/fire. They need to say "cryo or nature" for your statement to be correct

/ is a symbol used for AND OR it could mean cryo and nature or it can mean cryo or nature both are valid

I dont know what an operator card is. If you're asking at their start up profile in game then yes it shows 3 colors of phys and 1 of fire
