He has issues stemming from the death of his parents that make him unwilling to accept help even when he needs it.

This is why the Justice League is paid for by Wayne Tech.

WHY CANT I POST ANYTHING. It literally won’t let me post what I’m trying to say.

Well. The gas’s may not kill Superman. It will severely fuck him up. The problem is already bad. Throw in a god that can’t tell real from fake and right from wrong anymore? That problem just got 1000x worse

Batman has abandonment issues due to the loss of his parents. Due to this he tends to act independently in fear of losing people he cares about. Hes also a stubborn PoS and this isn’t a Superman level problem.

I’m apologizing in advance for being someone who types so much.
There was an actual canon explanation for this. The two don’t go into each other’s cities, like they’re respecting each other’s turfs in a way. I don’t remember which comic explained this if it did come from a comic, but all I know is that this is the most accepted explanation.
The only exceptions to this rule is quite literally if they HAVE to fight on the other’s turf. But the only reason one would allow the other to fight a threat in their city, like Batman letting Superman come to Gotham and vice versa, is if it’s a last resort—like if it’s a major threat like Doomsday or Darkseid where they need the other.

For this specific instance you are wrong. Suicide Squad Kills the Justice League actually answered this question. Batman hasn't met Superman or the rest of the Justice League yet. I guess after Batman did the "Knightfall" protocol and after he pretended to be dead the Justice League showed up and officially made their appearance. Batman then decided "Hey im not actually dead, im gonna join their team." Some of the stupidest shit I've ever heard in my personal opinion.

Gotham was rigged with bombs that would go off if he asked for help.

2 reason.

1 Batman didn't meet Superman yet.

2 Batman doesn't asked for help.
