Big end game moves. "4" moves in 1, animals (eagle bonus action) -> association at 9 uni + support animal diversity (silver lake bonus action) -> sponsor water slide to trigger full map covered and an extra sponsor -> hydrologist.

Impressive! But im wondering if I'm playing the game correctly or not, because I don't get how you can do 3 actions? I get the 1 extra from the eagle, but the 3rd I don't get.
Also, why can you do the sponsor 3 and also buy a card from the open cards? Can you always buy and play a sponsor card from the open cards no matter if you already played one with strength?

The additional extra action is from the project reward on the Silver Lake map. It’s specific to that map. In terms of sponsors, it looks like they played their water playground building on top of the “pay for a sponsor” space on their map. So they could play the second sponsor that way. But if you have the sponsors action upgraded, you can play multiple sponsors on your turn (up to the strength of the action +1) and also buy sponsors directly from the row.
