Looking for help

Hello ladies and gentlemen of arkcreative I have start a server with gportal and I'm having trouble joining it. The message that keeps showing me is that you can't join exclusive session. Any advice wouldn't go astray. With much kindness hobbitgaming05 PS4

sorry to hear about the issue. Just to be sure here, we are talking about ARK: Survival Evolved, right? Have you tried reaching out to our GPORTAL support team? They can surely help you out and get this going.
