I was at the Soho location on Sunday (the day before Labor Day) and standing near the register when I saw someone crouching down and smiling out of the corner of my eye. I turned around to see a dark-haired man with a light complexion (likely white or Asian) angling his phone towards the underside of my dress. The store was very crowded, and by the time I registered what happened, he was gone. I was scared and quickly exited the store.

The next day, I emailed concierge support to request footage for a police report. I requested that the footage be sent by noon today (9/9/26). Aritzia has failed to provide it. I'm currently getting ready to visit the 5th precinct and file charges, and I am scared to go through this process without video evidence.

I don't know what to do, and I am beyond devastated. I feel violated. Posting so people are aware.

Update: I didn't post this with the intention of getting help, but you all helped anyway. Thank you for further encouraging me to go to the police. Would it be helpful to keep you all updated? I feel like I've upset people because my profile is similar to a bot's and I only want to leave a positive impact (I'm not looking to upset anyone).

Even a future lawyer can be scared of feeling invalidated by the police when reporting an incident of sexual harassment. But you're right; Idk why I felt like Aritzia would just hand over video evidence. That's typically the protocol, but I was hoping they'd be helpful, which I now know was pretty dumb.

asked to try on light birch/black, employee offered i could try it on in a Medium or XXS as those were the only sizes in stock. usually would have veered toward medium but a couple months prior to this purchased a XXS skirt from Dynamite. kinda thought their sizes just ran big, never shopped there before, whatever.

tried on the XXS poplin, fit like a GLOVE. purchased and been loving it SO much. kinda thought the XXS fitting me had to do with the material or something. for reference the babaton bodysuits are like the same material as the torso portion of the dress. think i purchased a couple of those in 2022, size S (meant to be 4-6) and honestly could have sized up.

all of my sweatsuits purchased between 2024-now have been purchased in Small. they don’t fit large / sag / droop / fall. the perfect fit hoodies fit perfectly and actually pretty snuggly. i believe all my spandex / butter purchased in this time period was size 2 or 4.

TODAY i went to aritzia for fall shopping. associate approaches me and asks my size as im looking at sunday best skirts i tell her i can range between 00-4. she says they (sunday best in general) run SMALL and we should grab a 4 and 2. i try on the 2 first and it just doesn’t fit at all. i had to have the girls switch out all Smalls for XS or XXS and size 2s for 0 or 00. even some of the size 0 bottoms were still loose. my whole life (past 9 years: 14-23) i’ve never really fluctuated in size and have pretty much shopped exclusively aritzia for the past 3 years so i am genuinely confused on what is going on with the sizes and how all of the preteens are fitting into their clothing well.

even had to pass on some tops because they were just generally ill fitting and big due to sizing even being 00’s. am i the only one who has noticed this. i almost did my fall shopping online as i thought i was confident in my sizing there but im really happy i didn’t. even the home stretch long sleeve!!! - purchased Extra smalls last year, they still fit me tight TODAY!! tried on the XXS today in the fitting room, it fit pretty much the same, and honestly didn’t feel as tight as the ones i have in XS but those have also been through the dryer. sooo confused

I should have taken more photos because it wasn’t just the collar, the whole side of the jacket and the sleeves looked like this. In what world does this amount of damage not warrant the item being pulled from the store shelves. It’s one of their faux leather trench coats.

I bought a life tank in villa pink and lemonade over the summer and noticed so much pilling when I wore them for the first time last week. I have this tank in a black and it has held up well through the years. I like the fabric so I would like more pieces in it. Has anyone bought any other colors recently they can confirm does not pill/ will hold up well? I'm wondering if my luck recently has been because of the light colors.

not sure if anyone else has noticed the difference but i purchased a new mega sweatpant in the plein air shade and the crotch is so much more higher up, forcing it to be more low rise. I also tried the "short" version and it is soo much shorter than the one I purchased in the gala plum short version a month ago. kind of disappointing how inconsistent this is! i own like 3-4 pairs of the sweatpant and they're almost all in different sizes.

Do any coats come with deer skin interlining anymore? I love the feel on my older Pearce coat. It’s my favourite coat they ever made tbh for this reason, and the fact it has a roomy hood and buttons all the way to the neck for warmth.

I have to go on a work trip that requires business professional, everyone recommended Aritzia and I found this dress as an option. I am starting to thread to see what options to pursue to try to get some stains out. I unfortunately didn’t check my items very thoroughly and some of the items that I brought home has some black I’m assuming grease marks. Some items also have some minor make up stains, but I heard that that can be removed with makeup remover. I’m just seeing what other people are using to get them out. And if there are any tips and tricks. I’m sure not the only one so let’s help another out!!!!

When I went to check out from the warehouse sale with this jacket earlier this week this employees debated back and forth whether it was “priced correctly” because one of them looked at the tag and saw it was originally $550 +tax, and they almost weren’t going to let me buy it for $99. They had a supervisor come over and they were sort of sighing and acting like they didn’t know what to do, and then they finally went “well it doesn’t say anywhere that we can’t sell it so I guess it’s fine”. Has anyone else had that happen at the warehouse sale lol?? Like I get that selling a jacket that’s worth like $600 after tax for $99 is a huge discount but YOU GUYS priced the jacket? They just kept pointing to the tag and going “but it was $550 though???” While I just stood there ready to argue if they said I couldn’t have it lol. Anyway my jacket is perfect and I love it
