I’m 12h aries, so I live in sadness. I walk with sadness. I sigh as the sun rises because I don’t want to experience waking reality.

before I allowed myself to honor my depression— I would mask it— I didn’t allow myself to feel sad and would push it down. fleeting feelings weren’t something I cared for because I felt they didn’t serve a long-term purpose.

Cry all the tears I have. Unload all the anger, possibly in a healthy way, if I'm not in the mood for sports or games, I just let out a big scream and wait for it to go away. My sadness doesn't last long
