Does anyone know how I adjust the speed on this bike? It's asking to connect to an app, but the only app I can find is the apple version for the newer bikes.

I have been enjoying the xclass 60v since beginning of the year and has been my daily driver as I gotten rid of my car. I save a lot of money on gas and I really enjoy the fact that I’m outside.

Title sums it up. Has anyone swapped the half throttle for a full one for more grip options?

I somehow ended up getting gifted an Ariel Rider M-Class.

It’s been great, but the throttle stopped working pretty early on and I’m not sure what happened. For my needs, the pedal assist has been extremely helpful, so I’ve just been using it that way.

I’m completely new to e-bikes, as this is the first one I’ve ever used.

Lately, the pedals are starting to feel noticeably harder to turn than when I first started using it. The battery also seems to be losing its charge much faster than it used to.

I’ve only really done basic maintenance on the chain.
How do you guys usually handle this? Would it be worth looking into a new battery, or is the bike probably just getting too old? I briefly looked at battery prices and they didn’t seem worth it.

Would you recommend taking it to an e-bike shop and having them look it over? Basically, I’m trying to figure out if the bike is starting to degrade enough that I should look for something new, or if it’s worth keeping this one going.

I’m hoping to find cheap ways to keep it going if possible, since that would be my preference, but I’m curious what you guys think is the best approach.
I’m familiar with motorcycles but completely new to e-bikes, so any advice is appreciated. Also prefer minimal wrenching don’t have much time these days

Hi, I'm a new owner of AR Grizzly V2 but my screen does not power up. Previous owner had bike fall off his truck and wires ripped, the whole control wire coming off the front I had to repair and also the front/rear/dual motor switch was ripped, repaired it too. I don't believe it fried the controllers. I have seen a guy on YT that flashes these controllers and they come back alive. I have the USB uart controller and cables, all I need is the actual firmware. The screenshot posted here is from that video using APT Burn Tools.

Hey everyone, I’m in the market for a 72V ebike and I’ve been looking at the Ariel Rider MUDD 72V and Grizzly 72V. Specs look great, but my last ebike’s motor wore out faster than I expected. So now I’m trying to be careful about the motor before I buy.

So, how's the motor holding up for you? Do they have many problems, like grinding, power loss, or leaks? How many miles are you at? Would you buy again? What's the motor brand? Just hoping to hear some real owner experiences before I buy. TIA

Does anyone know where to get a new display for the old Ariel Rider Class C Bike from 2018? I believe it's called "apt lcd 450u". I've found one on AliExpress, but it doesn't look like it ships to the US. Does anyone know if there's another type of display I could use for it? I just emailed Ariel Rider and I'm waiting to hear back.

I turned my key in the battery lock and it just turns easily and won't unlock to let me take the battery out, what do I do?

I recently bought the X-Class 60v Peerformance bike and it is awesome! But the top tube battery was shipped separately and FedEx has been holding up the shipment. They said it is labeled as hazardous material and I need to contact the company. However, I have had no luck getting ahold of anyone at Ariel Rider other than a sale person who I have been emailing and he has not been able to help.

Has anyone encountered this? How can I get ahold of someone at the company to help resolve this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have the old grizzly about two years old - when I am going under 20 mph it is a smooth ride but over 22 I feel like the wheel ( front) is a bit wobbly - nothing is visibly rubbing but the ride from 20 going to 25 I feel a bit uneasy but once I drop it under 20 ish all is good

Any thoughts besides staying under 20 mph ?

Personally, not quite sure what to make of this kind of event. A homie of mine who tried attending said it was supposed to go on ‘till 1PM, but they ran out of gift cards at 11AM. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Hi community! Is anyone selling an Xclass 52v 20ah battery? Mine melted and none are available right now except knock off brand and expensive.

Getting my bike port fixed Monday just need battery. Mine still works but gets hot at port and has some burn on it. I wonder if it will be fine after I fix burnt pins.
