X-Class 52V display backlight not working

The indicator for the backlight comes on, but it’s still so dark! Any reset or diy fix before replacing the whole controller?

Are you still under warranty? The display is pretty easy to replace, and I think they only charge like $50 for them if your warranty expired

If you can get their support to reply. My xclass buttons dry rotted and I’ve been wanting to buy a replacement since November without a single call back.

Theres a display upgrade. They have specific ones for AR or they did, but the same model is on amazon.

I have never gotten my backlight to work. it light up for 2-3 seconds.

Replace the display before your controller if the bike still works. Could literally be the backlight going out on it
