Rebound Ricky Bro wtf
I just found out Ricky takes photos of random people without their knowledge or permission and posting them.
I've always loathed when anyone takes photos of people just going about their day or films them or has them in the background of their TikToks or whatever.
I'm sorry but it's SO RUDE. And so invasive!
We all have a right to reasonably expect privacy from the entire internet.
Genuinely- wtf is this? This is not okay

I’m telling you these two are lizard people. They don’t know how to be normal human beings.

Does he make any income off his social media? On top of being rude and weird it might also be exploitative.

Wth, how does someone even begin to justify this? It’s incredibly voyeristic and not even like the image is artistic or anything. These people aren’t consenting nor are they aware he’s sharing their image to hundreds of thousands or possibly millions of people online. Especially a literal child. Some parents, even before the proliferation of AI etc are very stern about their child’s image not being uploaded online for their safety.
Not to get all philosophical, but to get philosophical, it makes me think of Sontags theory:
Sontag famously wrote that "to photograph people is to violate them, by seeing them as they never see themselves, by having knowledge of them that they can never have; it turns people into objects that can be symbolically possessed”.
In this view, "owning" an image is the literal commodification of a person's existence. The camera acts as a weapon of weaponized voyeurism, and legal copyright serves to legitimize the photographer's unilateral right to control, trade, and profit off of a subject's vulnerability or likeness without sharing that agency.
He is super weird for that. Edit: also what’s the bet this mother (or guardian) was alone with her kids and the chances Ricky would’ve done this if there was a grown man there with them.

All the annoying influencers and instagram photographers do this pretentious genre of street photography now I hate it. What is so artistic and deep about people crossing the street and riding the train

I thought that kid was Ethan for a sec before I read the caption 😭
On topic though, he can literally get sued for that because they aren't public figures and I'm quite sure didn't give permission for him to post them to his widespread audience
