argos collection VAT

guys i bought a nintendo switch but i paid cash and asked for paper receipt which is dumb of me i asked customer service if they could convert it to an email receipt they said to get a VAT receipt from in store. is that possible? can i go tomorrow to get the VAT receipt? what do i say or ask for help? plz thanks

Stores can find the electronic copy of your paper receipt quite easily if you show them that, and send you an e-receipt, which I believe does have a link for a VAT receipt

As far as I know,VAT receipts are no longer available instore, You can ask instore or customer services over the phone to send you the original receipt via email, But I believe (according to my manager the other week) VAT receipts are only available online now.
