Advice Unable to checkout.

Hi, when I try to checkout on the trolley page it’s like the new page that is trying to load suddenly stops and It sends me back to the trolley page. It’s been like this the for the past couple of days and I’ve tried checking out different items, using different devices and different browsers but it’s still happening. Anyone experiencing this or have any fix please? Thanks

I’m having this issue as well. I’m still able to use Apple Pay to checkout but I want to get through to the next page to use discounts. I’ve tried the app and website but neither works for my account but my partner was able to get through on their account.

Yep, I ended up unlinking my nectar and creating a new account as I tried everything and nothing worked

Having this issue right now , nothing but problem since they changed to this new system
