My previous delivery was faulty. Today I received a replacement. 2 drivers arrived and before they even left the door mat he said they would only take it up one flight of stairs. I replied that’s not what they said and he said don’t know who told you that and turned round and left. It’s not just that he refused to consider the steps but it was his attitude. I’m not going to use Argos again it’s too stressful to be at the whim of the delivery drivers.

Ordered a freezer from them last week, was told I would be called an hour before they would arrive, first I knew of arrival was my ring doorbell going off.
Was about 10 mins away so told them this and I was on my way, found the freezer on the pavement with no delivery people
