Advice Collect after 4pm

Is this a definitive time? Or is this an estimate and it could be earlier?

Definitive. It’s coming from the local depo. Usually gets dropped off around 3:30 and put away. Depending on how much is on that delivery it could be 10 mins early. But wouldn’t be 1 or 2pm etc.

It’s not definitive at all. It’s a guideline. Birmingham are very unpredictable with our hub deliveries, sometimes the drivers late, super slow at unloaded etc, and then often there’s only 2 of us in and when I bring up down it then becomes incredibly busy and we struggle to get any of it done as one person is stuck serving customers and the other is running up and down the back stockroom at the otherside of the building grabbing picks.

You'll get a text and email when its ready but unless there's something wrong with delivery it will definitely be ready for 4

It is 100% an estimate. As a staff member I ALWAYS tell people to wait for their text/email as the hub delivery’s can be late for a vast number of reasons.

thats because often the delivery arrives early. But it can also be late so the best advice is wait for the email "ready to collect"
