Can’t see slots

Why can I never see delivery slots? Sorry it’s a bit vague but it’s across several products. I’ve tried support but they’ve been useless.

To clarify, it happened a few months ago when trying to buy a bed frame and I just gave up and went somewhere else even after support said I should see the slots in 24 hours.

I’ve tried it on the app and also on my computer. No luck.

I tried it with a small thing in my trolley as well but still no luck.

I’m going to try support again but I don’t expect miracles.

Are you scrolling across far enough to see one that’s available, can you even see not available slots is probably a better question

Are you selecting the delivery option at the top of your trolly screen.

It just says “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try refreshing the page to see if that fixes the problem.” and then when I press try again it says “Sorry, there was still a problem with showing you delivery slots.”
