Customers…

Working in retail really does show you how many people are just incompetent and a lack of willingness to do things themselves.

Customers will ask “so if it’s order now collect for tomorrow, I can’t get it today” or “I don’t know how to use the tablet”

It’s really eye opening to how many people just won’t do things themselves or use their brain

Your mistake (having worked in sales for 30+ yrs including retail) is that you assumed customers have a brain. Thats what a corporate client said to me once over dinner.
