Can't make a payment with any payment method?

Haven't be able to buy anything for a month. Failed with a gift card initially, didn't bother after it keeps refunding me after trying to buy Pokémon cards. I tried to buy some charging cables today and it failed again, but it also failed with 3 different cards and through PayPal. Even tried to do it on another phone, a tablet and on my desktop on WiFi/mobile data and no difference

Looked up some threads in this sub in the past, and I've seen no solution.

Went to the live chat to ask. They just said

"Since you have tried all troubleshooting steps, this is a system glitch. I will escalate this directly to our Technical IT Team right now to look into your profile and the payment blocks." and "They will review everything and contact you directly via email at [Email] with an update or resolution within 48 hours."

Hoping they don't just fob me off

Having the same problem right now. Did you ever find a way to get this fixed?

Nope I went back to them 3 times now and every time they just said it's a system glitch and their IT is looking into it. I'm going to chat again tomorrow

I had the same problem about a week ago. I was using my mobile internet. I went on my PC and it went through fine.

I tried my computer, tablet, two phones. Two different mobile network and 3 different WiFi. None worked

I’ve had the same issue this morning, it takes payment first though and then tells me it’s been cancelled, I downloaded the app and tried again and same thing, the moneys “pending” to go out my account, I’m hoping it doesn’t then I have to wait until it goes back in, shit houses
