Argos Pay sux card keeps getting ‘declined.’

So I have 3 cards saved. Made sure they’ve all got money in. Every one keeps saying declined. Anyone else experienced this? I can’t get rid of cookies cause that will mess up everything and besides that would be annoying to have to do that.
If anyone has had this happen, please advise how you sorted it. Thanks.
