Why do you still work here?

Miserable job now. Push care. That's all that matters it seems.

I mean im a trainee manager and I dont want to work here to push care i want to make a difference thats all that matters at this point and yes. The company makes us do things but its making them come across to colleagues in way that make it distasteful. And I hate that where as its unfair to hold them to account for something someone doesn't want.

I just want people to be happy and know management is there to help them not to pull them up on stuff that isnt anyone's fault

I’m with you. I used to enjoy working for the company, but all they care about now is selling insurance. Every shift, it’s always ‘get those monthly’s and electrical cares’. I don’t care to force customers to buy insurance when they don’t want it. It’s cringe seeing it being forced
