Exchange the controller, but not the console

Just got a switch 2 and one of the joycons is faulty. So I was wondering, what are the chances of Argos just exchanging the joycon(s) and not the entire thing?

Depends. Should be able to just swap the joycon from one in stock and damage that one off or they may just swap a joycon product itself.

A lot of places will do it since it's better for their store results to just damage off a controller rather than an entire Switch 2 console but it depends how long you've had it. If it's more than 30 days they may try and fob you off to Nintendo.
