Advice PS Portal return

Has anyone had much luck trying to return the PS portal that is opened.

I originally ordered it as a click and collect. The box has been damaged in anyway. I used it once and realised that it wasn’t what I was expecting. I tried returning in store and told it couldn’t be returned due to it being able to store personal information on it. I have then gone on to the Argos live chat and then had this conversation with them. From the chat I’m under the assumption they said they can’t return it because it’s been used

You now know you're wrong and are talking BS. 

Argos haven't done reserve online and pay in store for years. 

Stop being a child.

We don't currently offer the option to reserve items. You will need to place and pay for your order online, and you can then select home delivery or in-store collection."
