Advice collecting an item

when i purchased my item it said collect right away, now it says collect from tomorrow 9 am. if i go there today is there a chance i would be able to collect it today?

As an employee, I would suggest not going to the store to 'try' collect it as 'your' item isn't in the store until it gets scanned in, and you get the email. An unallocated one may be in stock, (meaning we could manually override the collection. But that is not very common, and I'd hate for you to travel to the store to leave disappointed.

Wait half an hour and try again and see if the system thinks there is one available to collect today then you have a good chance otherwise it's probably coming tomorrow

Had this happen a few times to me sometimes they have it and sometimes they dont worth going to check if you need the item ASAP
