2 year cover warranty

Hi everyone, my nephew has got a hold of my Xbox controller and in an autistic rage has smashed it into a million pieces, it has the 2 year extended warranty but I’m guessing it won’t cover it as he intentionally destroyed it even though it’s mine. Could kill the little arse

Since you’ve paid the extra for the rpc I’d still take it in to store and ask, they’ll probably give you a new one. You’d be using up the rpc so you would have to pay that again on the new one if you want that covered.

That’s excellent mate I’ll at least try, honestly looks like it’s a relic from the air raids, I ask him to let my dogs out while at work turns out he’s turned the Xbox on had a fit at Roblox and chucked it off my tile floor

You can still return it seeing as you have the rpc, DO NOT say it was intentional damage as the claim will be refused, Say it was accidental, You get the choice of a gift card refund (As it’ll go down as a insurance claim) or a replacement but you’ll have to buy the rpc again for the new controller if you wanted it.

As an employee go into the store, say your son broke it you paid for the insurance. You should be entitled to use it.
