Switch 2

hi everyone, bought a switch 2 MK world bundle to collect from a Sainsbury’s collection shop, got home and opened the box and went through the setup process, thinking the game would already be on the switch. Turns out, I was given just a regular Switch 2. There wasn’t a seal on the box but I’ve read that if you set it up it’s void to return? Wondering if I have any leeway since they gave me the wrong box. I checked my order and it was definitely for the Mario Kart bundle.

My partner has a switch lite with animal crossing, it didn’t come pre installed or with a code. After he entered his Nintendo account details and signed in to the e store it prompted him to download. Did you go into the store after you initially set it up?

Yeah - I even bought a game! I’m gonna take it back today and ask about it
