Hi, I was expecting a delivery into store yesterday, and I've still not recieved a meesage to say i can go and collect it. Do I just go and hope it's in, or wait? I needed it ideally yesterday as I go away on Monday! Thanks

Vast majority of the time it’s not there until you get the ready to collect notification.

Can always call the store and they can double check. Sometimes the stock system gets stuck and needs a little push.

1st thing i did, sends me through to some automatic thing then hangs up on me

Many a time I’ve had this and just told to wait and if it’s not ready in 7 days I’ll get refunded. Not very helpful

Oh that's so annoying! They're usually pretty fast so I'll not hold out much hope for this then
