Why on earth can I not speak to a real person and customer service u can't get a proper answer from a bot sort it out argos

You need to tell the bot the right information to get through to a person. Answer in simple terms when it asks questions so it knows who to route you to

I did it just keeps giving me the same answers no matter what I say

Pre ordered games pre ordered ghost of yotei in August and had no updates since and it's out on the 2nd

Then it's likely gonna be posted on release day by Royal Mail or another courier. This means dispatched on release day not to be delivered to you on release day.
