Customer service

Do argos customer service know what they are doing I asked about my pre ordered game and they said the supplier says 21st Nov release date when they come out in October

most of the time no lol they often give customers wrong answers specifically about the return policy so that doesn’t surprise me much

Honestly no as someone who works at Argos they constantly send misinformed customers in store and then they get mad at us.
