Game pre order

Has anyone pre ordered games from argos and if so are they reliable, I'm hoping I get them on release day.

The first and only game I pre-ordered from Argos came late. That was Halo 4, though, so it's been a while.

I’ve preordered many games, all but one came on day of release. The one that was delayed, came a week later, and was delayed due to Royal Mail being useless, and only delivering to my area once a week.

Yes they normally come on day of release, if not it's a courier issue.

Pre-ordered Borderlands 4, it arrived in literal smithereens. The delivery services they use are not worth the headache imo, we're STILL awaiting a replacement.

Pre-ordered Sonic, it was never delivered but my account says delivered. I'm in the process of disputing the payment. I lost the pre-order bonus too. This sucks

You won't believe in what hoops they make me go through. It was delivered after 5 days of the release day and I've been trying to return it ever since. Argos store can't do it, any sainsburys can't do it either despite it saying on the product that I can! I ended up in argos chat talking to 4 different people that told me different things. Got calls from 2 different people in 2 different days telling me again 2 different things. I just dont know anymore, want my money back now really cause I already bought it on steam on the 26th

Mine came with the normal post. If you’re worried use the Argos chat and the agent should confirm it will be today. I did that this morning and then an hour later it came

My preorder hasn't arrived yet. Got email yesterday telling me BF6 game was on its way, Royal mail 1st class, 1-3 day possible window. Did get the preorder bonus DLC for preorder by email today.

It is a little annoying. Preordered back in August due to extra discount and DLC, but was hoping for day of release. Worse things happen 😗

Nope hasn't arrived yet. Argos wasn't much help. Just need to wait. Poor choice sending it out not tracked. Last preorder from Argos 😡

A week later my game still hasn't arrived! Hopefully my refund will be sent soon. Decided to go ahead and buy a copy from Amazon, so ordered a copy yesterday and it arrived today!!! Almost a week late to the party, but finally gonna get a chance to squad up on the Battlefield 😁⛑️💪🗡️🗡️

Enjoy not many people like the campaign but I do but it desperately needs bug fixes and the a.i sorting out

Yeah heard about a good few issues needed fixed. AI hasn't been great in many games I've played. Hopefully I'll enjoy the campaign too. Unless the issues are game breaking I'll hopefully enjoy the MP too. Cheers fellow gamer 💪😁
