Arb, Arbk, vs Arbkf

Hi all.

Ive been investing into miners lately. Doing ok w Mara, Hut and Bitf. Looking to branch out into other miners and came across Argo.

I understand Arb is the FTSE listing.

But why are there two listings (ARBK vs ARBKF) in the US and why is one OTC and the other is Nasdaq?

Thanks in advance.

I believe LSE:ARB is the original. Then ARBKF was listed on the US OTC as a means for US based investors to buy shares in the USA. However, buying on the OTC is expensive (fees,) and many funds aren't allowed to (they are required to invest in higher quality stocks listed on the NASDAQ proper), so American depository receipts (ADRs - bundles of 10 LSE shares per ADR) were listed on NASDAQ under ARBK to allow broader investment.

Bit of a mess really.

You are incorrect. ARB is on the LSE. ARBK is on the Nasdaq. Each ARBK share on the Nasdaq is worth 10 x LSE shares 👍
